Credit / Return policies for Sales in Malta.

  1. Cancellation is possible up to the moment when the items have not yet been packaged.
  2.  Should you wish to return any New item purchased from toysmalta.com, you must return it unopened from the outer packing.  It must reach us within 15 days from delivery. Returning an item will be at your expense and the cost of the initial delivery will be deducted from the refund.
  3. Items that are opened or returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be considered for a full refund.

Complaints about goods received faulty or not as ordered

  1. Sending the goods back will not solve any problem.  Do not return the goods unless instructed. 
  2. Contact us immediately by phone, or by e-mail,or by filling up the complaint form.   Make sure that you have all the details available if you are phoning in.  We will be asking for your name and address, order number, details of the product, nature of complaint and whether you require a credit or a replacement.
  3. Should we instruct you to return the goods, you will be allowed 15 days starting from the day you are given these instructions.
  4. The goods must be returned with their original packing and in good condition.  No damaged or alternative package will be accepted.  We suggest that the goods are opened by an adult caring for the packing.
  5. Returning of the goods will be at your expense and must not be claimed.
  6. The decision whether a refund/replacement is allowed will be taken by our technicians after examining the complaint.  All complaints will be settled within 15 days from the return of the goods.
  7. If the complaint is justified, and a replacement is requested, we will offer to deliver it free of charge.

Credit / Return policies for Sales outside Malta.

  3. Items that are opened or returned later than 20 days from date of invoice will not be considered for a full refund.

Complaints about goods not received considered as lost in the post

When goods are not received within the specified period of delivery due to same being delayed or lost in the post, the buyer is requested to inform us within 5 working days after the delivery time stipulated for his country has elapsed.  Please note that certain countries will require more delivery time than others.  No parcel should be expected to arrive to the buyer later than 30 days considering all corners of the world.  “toysmalta.com” will investigate the problem of delivery and will try to trace the location of the parcel.  “toysmalta.com” will resend a replacement whenever a genuine case is found.  This situation may delay the receipt of the items purchased, but in such cases the buyers are assured that will get what they paid for.
