Up to 9 players can play this game at once.  One of whom will be the Banker.  Game starts after the Banker distributes the starting amount of money to all players according to the rules.  The banker is the owner of all the Deed Cards and all the building. (houses and hotels).  The combined number on the throw of the 2 dice will determine many things.  Throw the dice and the bigger number starts. Play continues in a clockwise direction.

Put all the playing pieces on GO and take it in turns to throw the 2 dice.  On the throw of a double the race to success begins.  The players have to make a full tour around the board past Go once more, before he/she collects 200 cash from the Bank and will be allowed to buy the deed where landed.  If one player owns all the deeds having the same colour, he/she will be allowed to build houses and hotels on the land.

The players who lands on the deed of the opponents will have to pay the rent to the amount depending on how many houses or hotels are built on that particular deed.  Buying deeds and building will mean having to pay the Bank, but the rent must be made to the owner.  Sometimes, you may need to sell some property to cope with the fines and taxes.  The bank will hold on to that deed until someone shows interest in buying it.  Then it will be put out on auction and sold to the highest bidder.  No credit of any sort is allowed.  If you can't pay, you go bankrupt.

There are many taxes to be paid along the way and there are also penalties like being sent to Jail.  Land on Community Chest or Chance and take a card.  You will be instructed what to do according to what you find on these cards.

The Objective:
To own as many deeds as possible.
To own all the deeds of the same colour.
To build houses and hotels.
To ruin all your opponents and make them bankrupt with your monolpoly.
